Terms and Conditions for Corona San Marco Apartment

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a direct booking through our website, WhatsApp, or email, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions. A direct booking refers to a reservation accepted directly by Corona San Marco Apartment Property without using external portals such as Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservations are confirmed only after full payment through our online system, or by paying a deposit to reserve the booking.
• Payment details will be provided at the time of booking or by directly contacting the property using the contacts provided on the website.

2. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation policy: cancellations up to 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund excluding any deposit already paid. Cancellations thereafter will not be refunded.

3. Check-in and Check-out Times and Procedures

• Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
• It is mandatory to provide a valid ID for each guest at least one day before check-in to prepare the registration. This procedure is regulated by Italian Law.
• Access to the apartment will be through a numeric keypad with a personal access code.

4. House Rules

• Maximum number of guests: 2.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Respect for silence during nighttime hours, in accordance with local community standards.

5. Security and Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

6. Force Majeure

• The property is not responsible for service interruptions or problems caused by events beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, strikes).

7. Applicable Law

• These terms are governed and interpreted according to Italian laws and those specific to the city of Venice.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated and will take effect from the time of publication on the website.
