A direct booking refers to a reservation accepted directly by Corona San Marco Apartment Property without using external portals such as Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>1. Booking and Payment<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservations are confirmed only after full payment through our online system, or by paying a deposit to reserve the booking.<\/li>\n<li>Payment details will be provided at the time of booking or by directly contacting the property using the contacts provided on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>2. Cancellation and Refund<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation policy: cancellations up to 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund excluding any deposit already paid. Cancellations thereafter will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>3. Check-in and Check-out Times and Procedures<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.<\/li>\n<li>It is mandatory to provide a valid ID for each guest at least one day before check-in to prepare the registration. This procedure is regulated by Italian Law.<\/li>\n<li>Access to the apartment will be through a numeric keypad with a personal access code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4. House Rules<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum number of guests: 2.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking is not allowed inside the property.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Respect for silence during nighttime hours, in accordance with local community standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>5. Security and Damages<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>6. Force Majeure<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The property is not responsible for service interruptions or problems caused by events beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, strikes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>7. Applicable Law<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>These terms are governed and interpreted according to Italian laws and those specific to the city of Venice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>8. Changes to Terms<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
